Jeni Hart is a qualified cosmetic tattoo specialist and founder of Brows & Beyond® Cosmetic Tattooing and Pro Shop in Kumeu, West Auckland. She is also the NZ distributor for Permablend Pigments, Membrane Aftercare, and ReelSkin practice skins.
